For Members Onboarding
- If you are currently onboarding to the new Velatura system, support is provided directly by the Velatura implementation team. You will be notified when your onboarding is complete and can use Velatura's GaHIN Help Desk.
GeorgiaDirect - Health Catalyst - Scheduled Maintenance/Downtime
- Routine monthly maintenance: 2nd Tuesday of each month beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET with all maintenance work targeted for completion within a 3-hour window
